2009 Air Ambulance Day
The first charity Golf Day was held in June 2003 so now has been running for 7 years.
Each year its popularity has grown, with more people asking about the event, and last year saw the highest amount of teams we have ever had, totalling 49. Thats 196 players.
Sponsorship is always the backbone of making such a large sum of money, and many companies have been very loyal since the beginning supporting this event, by sponsoring a green or a tee box.
Great prizes are always up for grabs, especially ig you get a hole in one, as Mitchells Renault on Lowestoft always put up a car for any lucky person whom gets a whole in one on the 11th, but as yet nobody has achieved the goal.
But its the East Anglian Air Ambulance who benefits from this great day and to date we have raised around £52,000
